Program Associate

To provide assistance and support to the Assistant Director of Student Education, Student Education department chairs, and Student Education staff to ensure effective and efficient operation of the program. Position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative support functions with supervision that includes collecting and maintaining confidential and non-confidential information to support campus and agency processes and initiatives. Position is responsible for clerical duties to keep the department organized and able to meet the needs of clients
Principal Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Answer incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and transfer calls as appropriate
Import and chart data from Student Information System to assist in program improvement
Maintain office records
Maintain substitute teacher calendar
Assist in updating procedures and policy publications
High school diploma or GED AND Four years of progressively complex office or administrative experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
