Gas Optimization Customer Fulfillment Leader

Essential Responsibilities:
The Gas Optimization Customer Fulfillment Leader (CFL) serves as the key point of contact between the PS region and the repairs service centers for all in-shop repairs for transactional gas customers. The CFL will provide tactical leadership executing demands, balancing customer on-time delivery and cost productivity via KPI s in the Optimization Framework processes; and will demonstrate accountability for achieving key functional and business metrics by participating and driving Six Sigma LEAN projects and applying best practices, standardizing and leveraging as appropriate across the Optimization team and Gas Network. In this role, you will use imagination, skill and drive to identify improvement opportunities for critical practices and processes in Gas Repairs, Optimization, and the PS Region, and will become an active
contributor and leader to development and implementation.
As the Gas Optimization Customer Fulfillment Leader, you will:

  • Be the key point of contact for Transactional customers and PS region to review and assign incoming demand to the appropriate service center based on customer need, shop capacity, and Policy 6. 0 targets
  • Understand key region customers and contracts to help optimize within the region, and globally across the network
  • Participate in outage forecasting validation activities
  • Partner with Sales team members to ensure accurate and complete job information is provided / understood, facilitating optimum placement with the Gas network
  • Be the primary advocate for assigned PS region for gas repairs issues, assisting with issues resolution and network navigation
  • Own repairs demand logistics cycle from shipment to hub / service center and back, to meet shop required material dates and customer promise date
  • Lead weekly operating / production calls; be an accurate conduit of information and help set expectations with the region, based on service center capacity
  • Develop strong relations with key schedulers, cell leaders, and service center managers within the network
  • Collaborate with sales to understand market needs in terms of cost and cycles to support the Bid It to Win It initiative
  • Proactively initiative and/or participate in any new Optimization initiative as directed
  • Develop Quality work instructions to capture and operationalize the process steps
  • Drive lessons learned culture across organization
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability and willingness to travel 30% of the time
Desired Characteristics:
  • Core Thermal experience in Engineering, Parts, Repairs, Contractual Services and/or Field Services
  • Proven ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging others across a matrix organization structure
  • Experience with process re-engineering / simplification
  • Ability to translate operational and financial requirements into intelligent reports and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex business issues
  • Strong project management skills
  • Systems experience in SAP / Oracle
  • Greenbelt certified or equivalent Quality certification
  • Overall proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook tools
  • Strong overall technical understanding of the Gas Product line
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communications
  • Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
